5.2 Redemption Limitations and Abuse

Unless expressly authorized otherwise in writing by Skin Saver Labs, the following standard redemption rules apply to all Promotions:

  • No Code Stacking: Only one (1) Promotion or discount code may be applied per transaction or order. Promotions cannot be combined, stacked, or merged with other promotional codes, automatic discounts, bundled savings, or concurrent site-wide sales.
  • Non-Transferable: Promotional codes are intended solely for the individual recipient or designated audience to whom they were issued. They are non-transferable, non-negotiable, and hold no cash or monetary redemption value.
  • Unauthorized Distribution: We do not recognize, honor, or accept coupon codes scraped, aggregated, published, or distributed by unauthorized third-party websites or automated tools (including, but not limited to, browser-based coupon finders, deal aggregators, and public discount sites). If a code is obtained or submitted through an unauthorized source, Skin Saver Labs reserves the right to void the discount immediately.

5.3 Standard Product and Cart Exclusions

Unless explicitly modified by the official written terms of a specific marketing campaign, Promotions cannot be applied to:

  • The purchase of electronic or physical Gift Cards;
  • Products that are already marked down, on clearance, or featured in discounted sale bundles;
  • Ongoing subscription products, recurring automated replenishment orders, or membership plans;
  • Applicable shipping fees, expedited delivery charges, handling fees, or state and local sales taxes; or
  • Orders that have already been placed, processed, or shipped. Promotions cannot be applied retroactively under any circumstances.

5.4 Pricing, Glitches, and Our Right to Cancel

Skin Saver Labs reserves the absolute right to refuse, reject, or cancel any order—even after an order confirmation email has been dispatched or payment has been processed—if we determine in our sole discretion that a Promotion was applied due to a technical glitch, software error, system vulnerability, unauthorized stacking, or consumer manipulation. In the event an order is canceled due to an unearned, malfunctioning, or improperly applied discount, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method and notify you of the cancellation via email.

SECTION 6 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All delivery dates and shipping timeframes displayed on the Services are non-binding estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for shipping or delivery delays caused by transportation carriers, customs clearance procedures, severe weather, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Once we transfer your ordered products to the shipping carrier, title to the goods and full risk of loss or damage pass directly to you.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not a party to your transactions and is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Skin Saver Labs—including any injury, loss, claim, or damage resulting from purchased products. You hereby expressly release Shopify Inc. and its parent, subsidiaries, and affiliates from all claims, liabilities, and damages arising from or related to your transactions with Skin Saver Labs.
